Nevada law 231.128 says you must register your production with Film Nevada. Please fill out our form below to register your production. The information collected on this form is aggregated and used to report production revenue statistics for the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED).

Most jurisdictions require a location permit, a hold harmless agreement, proof of insurance, and notification of any special requirements such as pyrotechnics, traffic control, street closures, etc. In some jurisdictions, additional fees may be required. The average permit processing time is approximately ten (10) days; please plan accordingly.
