Film Nevada’s crew and services directory is the number one resource used by industry professionals filming in Nevada. If you are a Nevada crew member or business serving the film industry, the directory is the most affordable tool to get your name to productions filming in Nevada. In your listing, users can include a profile picture; description of experience, skills or services offered; list of credits; upload a resume; and link to a website and video reel. This is your chance to pitch yourself to the productions looking to hire!
The cost to register is $25 per category per year. Listings expire one year after the date of payment. Users will receive an email notification one week prior to expiration and another email notification if the listing expires. To verify residency, a Nevada driver’s license (for individuals) or business license (for companies), must be submitted during the registration process. There is a maximum of 10 categories per user account and at least one paid credit on a legitimate production is required for each category selected.

I submitted my location and a production wants to film! Now what?
Doing business with film, television and other productions can become very involved. There are many factors to be considered, including permitting, parking, safety, liability, location fees and contracts.
Here are some questions to consider when allowing filming on your property:
What type of production is it?
What is the proposed filming activity?
What is the name of the production company and title of production?
Who is the contact person at the production company?
How many shoot days? Shoot hours? Prep or wrap days?
How many crew and cast members?
How many and what types of vehicles will need to park nearby?
Do they have liability insurance?
What should I charge as a location fee?
There are several factors that can determine what you can charge as location fees. You should consider the costs of utilities, extra staffing/security needed, and any lost business if you are a business owner.
Productions can range from low budget indie films to popular network TV series or large studio features. We recommend developing a sliding fee scale that takes into consideration varying crew sizes and production budgets.
